Yuzhou Xiangxili is located in the Tongan District, which borders Quanzhou Anxi and Nanan in the north, Changtai in Zhangzhou in the west, Xiang’an District in the east, Tongan Bay and Huli District in the south, and Jimei District in the southwest. It is an island In addition, a new urban area with direct traffic and exchanges to Quanzhou is planned to be built for commercial trade in northern Xiamen. It covers an area of about 300,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 600,000 square meters.
Yuzhou Xiangxili internally plans a 40,000-square-meter wetland park to form a living water landscape zone that runs through the various plots of the project and is exclusively used by the Xiamen community to create a residential area of Xiamen Wetland Park.
The area where Yuxi Xiangxili is located is convenient. Its China Road 324, Provincial Road 206, and Fuxiazhang Expressway run through the whole territory. It is 20 kilometers long and 60 meters wide. Tongji City Expressway, Jimei Bridge, Xinglin Highway Railway Bridge, The development and construction of Baiyun Avenue and Haixiang Avenue completely connect Tongan and Xiamen Peninsula. At present, there are two routes from the island to the project. One is to reach the project from Jimei Bridge/Xiamen Bridge-Yinjiang Road-Tongji South Road-Tongji Road-Tongji North Road; second: via Xiang'an Tunnel-Xian'an Avenue-Huancheng East Road-Huancheng North Road to reach the project. Baiyun Avenue passes by the project. After the opening of Baiyun Avenue, the driving distance from the project to the island will be shortened.
